Welcome to September's update: new features and a little on what's next for Flow Legal.
You can now e-sign any document with Flow Legal, even if it wasn't created using one of our templates. That means one less tool to manage, and potentially one less subscription to pay for.
But if you're about to sign a contract, you might want to make sure it's a good one first. That's where our improved contract review workflow comes in.
Flow Legal can review your contract against our lawyer-authored templates to highlight potential issues and suggested changes. You can then work through those suggestions, make your own edits and, if you need extra support, escalate the document to the Flow Legal team for review.
Connect the Flow Legal GitHub Agent and you can take that a step further. Keep your legal documents aligned with the product you're actually building today, not the version you built six months ago.
Sign Anything
Not every agreement starts in Flow Legal. You can now upload almost any document and send it for signature directly from the platform. If you're currently paying separately for a basic e-sign tool, you may not need to anymore — Flow Legal gives you 10 free signatures a month!
Improved Contract Review
It's now easier to understand legal issues and work through suggested changes. Make your own updates directly in Flow Legal and, where you need extra support, escalate the agreement for review by the Flow Legal team. Once you're happy, send it for signature or host it directly from Flow Legal.
Introducing Actions
Whether it's obtaining consent, deploying a cookie banner or updating a sales workflow, Flow Legal can now identify key actions based on your risk profile and keep track of them. You'll find them in the new "Actions" tab in the left-hand panel.
